Fly Creatives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to store, encode, transcode, stream, host, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your content across our website (blkflycreatives.com), content delivery networks, official social media channels, and promotional materials.
You grant B.L.K. Fly Creatives the right to crop, reformat, or edit visual and audio assets solely as necessary for editorial framing, website layout optimization, mobile responsiveness, and platform previews.
Intellectual Property & Warranties
You retain 100% ownership of your original work. B.L.K. Fly Creatives acts as the gallery and stage, not the owner.
You represent and warrant that the submitted work is your original creation and does not violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or moral rights of any third party. For audio and video submissions, you warrant that you hold all necessary master, mechanical, and sample clearances.
Legal Protection
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless blkflycreatives.com and its operators from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising out of any breach of your representations or alleged copyright infringement regarding submitted material.
